Q: Can MANLY Battery accept the OEM/ODM order?
A: Of course, OEM & ODM are accepted, since we are manufacturers and we have a strong R&D team that customizes the different voltage, capacity, dimensions for customers' different applications.
Q: Can we put the LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves?
A: YES, but the batteries should be in the same voltage and capacity, or it will influence the cycle life of the battery pack. Also, you should tell us before you place the order, then we will match them before delivery. Before handling the battery, checking the voltage of each battery is necessary.
Q: Can l just try samples for the first order?
A: The trial order is acceptable. If you need samples, please contact our customer service for details.
Q: How can I get the sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require samples to check the quality of our products. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality.
