Q: Do you have any sales service?
A: Yes, we do a 3+ Years Warranty for any of our batteries.We keep promise we do full refund for the defective battery.
Q: What about the payment?
A: We accept T/T for the large quantities order, and Credit Card and E-checking will be accepted for the small quantities order of battery.
Q: What's your after service
A: Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.during the guarantee period, we will send new batteries with new orders for a small quantity. For defective batch products, we will resend to you. or make a discount on the new orders.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: If it has in the stock, samples need 3~5 days, if not, samples need 20~25working days; mass production will be around 10 ~ 15 working days, it depends on the battery is a normal one or a custom one.
