Q: Can we get samples for the test?
A: Of course, we can supply samples, but buyers need to pay for sample costs and shipping costs at the beginning, then we will return it or reduct in the formal order
Q: Is this battery compatible with my own batteries?
A: Hello, we do not recommend connecting batteries of different brands since the BMS is different from the battery to the battery.
Q: What kind of cells are used on this electric bike's battery?
A: Different capacities with different cells, we make the battery with the original A grade Samsung, Panasonic, Sanyo, LG, and high-quality domestic cells, all can be customized as your requests.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: Usually, we haven't stable stock in the warehouse. for samples is around 20 ~ 25 working days, for mass production is around 15 ~ 20 working days.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: Almost all our battery pack has 3 years warranty. We assure a cycle life of more than 2000times 80%DOD at 0.2C. That means you can use it for at least 5 years for a normal 1-time charge and discharge every day.
