R: No, the MANLY Lithium Battery is charged about 30% SOC (approx. 13.15 Volts) due to the transportation restrictions! Hope it helps.
Q: Is this battery compatible with my own batteries?
R: Hello, we do not recommend connecting batteries of different brands since the BMS is different from the battery to the battery.
Q: Is there any tracking number for my item?
R: Yes, we ship every order with their Tracking Number, and you can view the shipment staus on the corresponding website.
