Q: Could you ship the battery safely?
A: Of course, we have some well-cooperated forwarders who have much experience in delivering the battery. It could be shipped by door-to-door express, by air, or by the ocean to the airport and port. Also, the customers can use their own forwarders.
Q: What kind of batteries does MANLY Battery make and can MANLY Battery customize lithium batteries on request?
A: Our products include our own lithium battery cells (Mainly in Li-ion and LiFePO4), as well as battery packs assembled from the corresponding cells, with voltages in the range of 3.2V-72V and capacities from 300mAh to 300Ah; Of course, we accept the customized services according to customers' specific needs.
Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: For bulk orders, a 50% deposit will be paid first, and the remaining 50% will be paid before delivery.
Q: Is your product certification complete?
A: We have CE/FCC/ROHS/MSDS certificates for regular products, and we can apply for corresponding certificates for custom products according to customers' requirements.
Q: When will you ship the order?
A: Normally 15~25 working days after receiving your payments, but it can be negotiated based on order QTY and production schedule.
