R: All of our batteries are Class A, the actual capacity value ≥99% of the nominal capacity value.
Q: Can I add or delete quantity from my order if I change my mind?
R: Yes, but you need to tell us ASPS, if your order has been done in our production line, we can not change it, usually 2 days after the order confirming.
Q: Can I get the pre-production sample?
R: Yes, we will send you a pre-production sample, after you confirm, then we will start production ASAP.
