Process Flow

1. High-temperature test

Each battery cell is tested in MANLY Battery high-temperature room for 24 hours under 55°±2C temperature and 90~95% high humidity environment.

2. Battery Capacity Separation

Each battery needs to be volumetrically separated and rested to ensure that its performance is stable before it is put into safe production.

3. Sorting and matching

Each cell is sorted to ensure the consistency of the voltage and internal resistance of the cells in the same battery pack, which effectively improves the stability of the battery.

4. Battery spot welding

Advanced welding equipment is used to spot weld the positive and negative electrodes of the battery pack, which is highly efficient and stable without desoldering.

5. Welding protection plate (BMS)

The protection plate is welded to each battery pack to protect it from overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and overvoltage.

6. Finished product testing

The finished battery finally needs to go through several tests to confirm that the performance is stable and meets the standards before it is packaged for shipment.
