A: We provide a 3+ year product warranty for our lithium batteries.
Q: Can I get a free sample?
A: Generally we don't provide free sample, but we can return sample cost when the buyer plant a bulk order.
Q: What is the lead time for sample orders?
A: Usually is 20 ~ 25 working days, and the buyer should pay for the sample cost and shipping cost at first, then we will return it from the formal orders after the samples are confirmed.
