Q1: Does your battery pack include BMS? Can we use it for a car?
A1: Yes, our battery pack include BMS, you can use it for low-speed car only or aux. power for a standard car. Do not use it for standard cars directly, that will need more complex design BMS for the pack.
Q2: Can we get a 72V 25Ah EV battery sample for the test?
A2: Yes, but free samples are not available at the beginning.
Q3: Are you a factory or trading company?
A3: We are a factory with 3 production bases which is located in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou in Guangdong province.
Q4: When will the products be delivered if the order has been placed?
A4: We promise we do deliver our battery in 10-15 working days and it will take 20-25 working days for the customized items.
Q5: Which certificates do you have?
A5: We have UL/CE/FCC/ROHS/UN38.3/MSDS and etc.
Q6: How should I pay?
A6: You can pay via T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal, Western Union, Cash, etc., 100% T/T in advance for samples.
