He has nearly 20 years of experience in the lithium battery industry and has been responsible for the development of digital lithium batteries, power and energy storage lithium batteries, lithium battery PACK process development and management, as well as leading the development and management of battery protection plates and power battery management systems (BMS). He has served as a technical leader in a nationally renowned lithium battery company.
He has obtained more than 20 core patents related to lithium battery and led the team to successfully develop many lithium battery products. With solid technical skills and professional management experience, he is also an expert in Li-ion battery technology and battery management (BMS) technology. He is the first group of lithium battery experts in charge of the research and development of power lithium battery and energy storage lithium battery products in China. He is also the first group of technical experts who applied Li-ion battery fast charging technology to specific products in China.
The company has a strong engineer culture, customer-oriented composition of small project teams, in-depth technical research and development, development of cost-effective products, good customer service, professional, flexible and efficient.
