Fixed solar PV mounting, as the name implies, is a mounting system that maintains the same orientation and angle after installation. The fixed mounting method directly places the solar photovoltaic modules toward the low latitude area (at a certain angle to the ground) to form a solar photovoltaic array in series and parallel, so as to achieve the purpose of solar photovoltaic power generation. There are various ways to fix them, such as ground fixing methods are pile method (direct burial method), concrete block counterweight method, pre-buried method, ground anchor method, etc. Roofing fixing methods vary with different roofing materials and have different programs.
The brackets for solar arrays are usually secured by steel hot-dipped galvanized fabrications or stainless steel ground bolts protruding from the reinforced concrete foundation. In cases where a concrete foundation is used on the roof of a house, the waterproofing of the house is partially uncovered and the concrete surface is stripped. The reinforcement bars of the concrete seat for the array are welded together on the steel bars of the patio. If even the above method cannot be implemented, a more expensive weatherproof cushioning material such as silicone can be laid on the waterproofing layer, on which a hot-dipped galvanized steel skeleton of high weight is installed, and then an array of brackets is fixed on the steel skeleton. The steel skeleton is attached to the protruding eave wall around the house with plastic bolts. The purpose is that the wind pressure does not cause the array and steel skeleton to move. It serves as an auxiliary reinforcement.
Roof-mounted PV system bracket
The installation environment of the roof solar photovoltaic racking includes slope roof, flat roof, which should be installed in accordance with the roof environment, without destroying the inherent structure and self-waterproof system, and the roofing material includes glazed tile, color steel tile, linoleum tile, concrete surface, etc. For different roofing materials, different bracket solutions are used.
Roofing is divided into slope and plane according to the tilt angle, so the tilt angle of the roof photovoltaic system has a variety of options, for the slope of the roof is usually laid out in a flat way in line with the slope of the roof, can also be used with the roof into a certain angle of arrangement, but this practice is relatively complex, the case is less; for the flat roof there are flat and tilt a certain angle of two options.
