On December 7th, Siasun Robot &Automation Co.,Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Siasun robot") learned that the new energy vehicle charger OBC intelligent production line, which was jointly created by Siasun robot and panasonic group, was completed and put into production in dalian panasonic automotive electronic system Co.,Ltd.
OBC is the car charger, which is an essential core component of new energy vehicles. At the end of 2019, senior leaders and project team of Panasonic Group headquarters visited Siasun Company in person, and finally selected Siasun as the SUPPLIER of OBC production line based on comprehensive consideration of technical strength, project undertaking capacity, after-sales service level and other aspects.
Before the cooperation between Smasu robot and Panasonic Group, most OF THE OBC manufacturing field adopted the semi-automatic production mode of "manual + special plane", and the product quality was difficult to guarantee.
Siasun robot has achieved a breakthrough in the industry and completed a new upgrade of OBC manufacturing process. The newly built OBC intelligent production line covers more than 130 workstations including intelligent warehouse, automatic PCB assembly equipment, automatic assembly equipment, main line body, glue coating line, charger detection line and so on. The production line applies a variety of robot products independently developed by Siasun Robot.
Since February 2020, The Robot team of Simasu and the Panasonic team have held transnational online meetings about twice a week to continuously optimize the scheme design. The successful completion of the modernized OBC production line of over 100 million yuan attracted the second "handshake" between Siasun robot and Panasonic group -- the cooperation agreement was reached for the CUSTOMIZED CCU intelligent production line of Panasonic Group Czech factory.
