3. When welding the battery wiring of BMS, it must be strictly required to weld according to the wiring sequence. Cross welding is strictly prohibited, and short circuit between wires and pads and pads is prohibited. Otherwise it will burn out the equipment and the battery pack.

3. Precautions:
1. Before installing the protection plate, the battery must be well matched (each battery voltage difference is not higher than 0.05, the internal resistance difference is not more than 5mQ, the capacity difference is less than 30mAh). If it is a polymer battery voltage should be between 3 and 4V, if it is a lithium iron phosphate battery voltage should be between 2.6 and 3.5V, the voltage is too high to lock the protection plate, conduction If the battery is fully charged, please lower to the required voltage and then connect the protection plate. The battery is well connected and then connected in series. The better the consistency of the battery, the farther the distance it runs, and the best performance of the protection plate is achieved.
2. Wiring sequence: first connect the B-line to the total negative electrode of the battery (B-line must be welded with thick short wire) and then connect the row line; Row wire must be removed from the board and then connected, starting from BCO wiring,BCO is connected to the total battery negative, the second row of wire connected to the first battery positive, the third row of wire connected to the second string of positive, the fourth row of wire connected to the third string of positive battery...... By analogy, then good platoon line, starting from the market measuring voltage between every two adjacent rows thread, polymer battery voltage is less than 4 V, iron lithium ion battery voltage is less than 3.5 V, after careful check in line order correctly inserted row line, inserted near the first B - low voltage lines, inserted again high pressure line, two line must be plugged into the corresponding row line socket, two rows of once plugged into reverse The guard will burn. 3. Finally, check whether the total battery voltage is equal to the output voltage of the protection plate. Equal protection board is normal work, a - must be connected to the line to confirm that can be used. (The total battery voltage is not equal to the output voltage of the protection plate. Please read the above steps carefully.)
4. Lithium-ion batteries must be charged with a special charger for lithium-ion batteries. Do not use lead-acid batteries as lead-acid charging may cause high voltage breakdown of the protection plate MOS tube, and the charger voltage must be stable. Polymer battery charger voltage: battery series number *4.2V; Iron lithium ion battery charger voltage: battery series *3.60V.
5. If the protection plate has been used and welded, the return and replacement service is not acceptable. Protection plate warranty for one year, due to low profit, warranty period, maintenance free, back and forth freight. B-,C- output line do not press wire or screw wire, must be welded wire, because the press wire or screw wire burned out the protection plate is not guaranteed. If it is caused by wiring error or excessive power use of the protection plate burned out, the after-sales service needs to pay the cost of maintenance materials, freight.
