1. Explosion-proof: Once the lithium-ion battery pack is thermally out of control, the air pressure in the battery pack PACK increases sharply, and the battery pack is in danger of explosion. 2. Maintain the air pressure balance inside and outside the lithium-ion battery pack: because the temperature of the battery pack will change during the charging and discharging process, the air pressure inside the battery pack will change, and the PUW explosion-proof valve can be breathable without leaking water, so it can maintain the air pressure inside the pack Always the same as the outside world.


3. Consider the design of the lithium-ion battery pack PACK management system: overshoot, over-discharge, over-temperature, detection accuracy, battery balance, etc. must be considered. To ensure the safety and reliability of the battery, it must be designed reasonably.


4. Consider the mechanical structure design of the energy storage lithium-ion battery pack: consider strength, shock resistance, heat dissipation/heating, waterproof, dustproof, etc.; consider electrical design, safety regulations, EMC safety regulations and other factors.


5. The structure of the lithium-ion battery pack is waterproof and shock-resistant: After the lithium battery is immersed, the positive and negative electrodes are short-circuited and continuously discharged, which will cause damage to the internal structure of the battery. The waterproof and dustproof performance should be considered when designing the battery pack.


6. The influence of temperature on the structure of lithium-ion batteries: thermal factors greatly affect the structural design of the battery pack PACK. The lithium-ion battery energy storage battery pack is sensitive to the temperature environment. Too high temperature will seriously affect the charging and discharging performance of the battery. Many characteristic parameters, such as internal resistance, voltage, SOC, usable capacity, charge and discharge efficiency, and battery life.


7. Material selection of lithium-ion battery pack structure: high-voltage insulation performance is one of the most important technical requirements for battery pack structure design. The battery pack structure is loaded with various lithium-ion batteries. After the batteries are grouped, the total voltage and total current will be large. The plastic has good high-voltage insulation. Generally, nylon with high strength and plasticity can be used as the raw material. Adding 5% to 45% glass fiber to the material, GF reinforcement can improve the structural strength and vibration resistance.
