In terms of production, from January to June 2021, among the main products in the battery manufacturing industry in China, the output of lithium-ion batteries is 10.69 billion, up 44.1% year on year. The output of the lead battery was 127.548 million kva, up 29.7% year on year. The output of galvanic cells and battery packs (non-button type) was 20.62 billion, up 14.6% year on year.
In June, the national production of lithium-ion batteries reached 2.03 billion, up 21.2% year on year. The output of the lead battery was 23.406 million kVA, up 16.2% year on year. The output of galvanic cells and battery packs (non-button type) was 3.47 billion, down 4.6% year on year.
In terms of benefits, from January to June 2021, the operating revenue of battery manufacturing enterprises above the designated size in China is 490.86 billion yuan, up 53.9% year-on-year, and the total profit is 25.96 billion yuan, up 108.2% year-on-year
