Q: Are Manly Battery a factory or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer, our own factory with automatic equipment.
Q: Does it come fully charged?
A: No, the MANLY Lithium Battery is charged about 30% SOC (approx. 13.15 Volts) due to the transportation restrictions! Hope it helps.
Q: Can you provide OEM and ODM services?
A: Yes, We are a professional lithium battery manufacture with 3 production bases, which produce all kinds of high-quality lithium batteries as customers' requirements and designs, welcome to place OEM/ODM orders and visit our factory to guide the work
Q: How to proceed order with you?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, we quote according to your requirements. Thirdly customer confirms the specifications or the samples and makes a deposit for the order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limits?
A: Yes, we have MOQ for the mass production, it depends on the different battery pack, 1 ~ 10 pcs sample orders is available. Low MOQ, 1pcs for sample check is available.
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on your order quantity, normally 20 ~ 25 working days for newly produced samples, 10 ~ 15 working days for mass production.
