Q: Does your battery have a real capacity?
A: All of our batteries are Class A, the actual capacity value ≥99% of the nominal capacity value.
Q: Can I add or delete quantity from my order if I change my mind?
A: Yes, but you need to tell us ASPS, if your order has been done in our production line, we can not change it, usually 2 days after the order confirming.
Q: What is the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on the actual situation: If with stock, the lead time will be 10~15days. If without stock, that will depend on your order quantity, usually within 15-25 days.
Q: What are there included for a battery or pack, may I buy a charger from you?
A: Battery case, BMS, battery pack, can buy customized connector, charger
Q: How should I pay?
A: You can pay via T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal, Western Union, Cash, etc., 100% T/T in advance for samples. For large quantities, 30% T/T in advance as soon as the order is confirmed and the balance before shipping via T/T or L/C, etc. If you prefer other payment terms, please contact us freely.
