Q: Can you ship the battery by air?
A: Yes. We can ship by air via UPS, DHL, FedEx.
Q: Can l just try samples for the first order?
A: The trial order is acceptable. If you need samples, please contact our customer service for details.
Q: How can I get the sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require samples to check the quality of our products. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality.
Q: Can we put the LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves?
A: YES, but the batteries should be in the same voltage and capacity, or it will influence the cycle life of the battery pack. Also, you should tell us before you place the order, then we will match them before delivery. Before handling the battery, checking the voltage of each battery is necessary.
Q: How should I pay?
A: You can pay via T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal, Western Union, Cash, etc., 100% T/T in advance for samples. For large quantities, 30% T/T in advance as soon as the order is confirmed and the balance before shipping via T/T or L/C, etc. If you prefer other payment terms, please contact us freely.
