Q: What's the warranty?
A: Almost all our battery pack has 3 years warranty.
Q: Can I customize the size of battery?
A: Of course yes if your quantity MOQ is workable.

A: Ususlly no limitation for the large pack, but for cell usually according to the stock, different order quantity has different prices
Q: Payment term?
A: For samples, 100% payment by T/T or Paypal before delivery; For small trial orders, 100% payment by T/T before delivery; For big batch orders,

Q:How many hours does it take to recharge?
A:That depends on the charger you are using. Best to use a charger suited for deep cycle type batteries. Smart chargers will charge at a high rate and then taper off so as not to damage the battery.
