Q1: What kind of batteries does your company make and can you customize lithium batteries on request?

A1: Our products include our own lithium battery cells (including Li-ion and LiFePO4), as well as battery packs assembled from the corresponding cells, with voltages in the range of 3.2V-72V and capacities up to 300Ah, which can be customized according to customers' specific needs.

Q2:  is the scale of your production?

A2: We have 3 production bases, covering an area of 120 k㎡, including a cell production industrial park, fully automated production equipment configuration, 12 battery pack assembly lines, with a daily capacity of 1,200,000 cells, and 3,000 battery packs.

Q3: How to guarantee the quality and safety of batteries

A3: First of all, our products are positioned in the middle and high end, we only apply brand new cells, combined with super 12 years of experience in customization to give me a suitable solution for customer applications, strict quality inspection process, and our lithium batteries have purchased insurance.

Q4: How do you handle after-sales service?

A4: Our product's after-sales service time is 36 months, within 1 year can be replaced / warranty, 1 year to 2 years warranty, more than 2 years need to charge the basic maintenance materials and labor costs, the processing time of after-sales products generally in 5 working days time.

Q5: Can I return the sample fee afterward?

A5: As long as the cumulative purchase quantity reaches the standard on time, all can be refunded or discounted in the large goods sample fee, the specific need to negotiate according to the actual case.

Q6: Is your product certification complete?

A6: We have CE/FCC/ROHS/MSDS certificates for regular products, and we can apply for corresponding certificates for custom products according to customers' requirements.
