A1: We are the lithium battery factory direct, has 3 production bases located in Dongguan, Huizhou, and Shenzhen, covering an area of 120 square kilometers, including a cell production industrial park, fully automated production equipment configuration, 12 battery assembly lines, with a daily capacity of 1,200,000 cells and 3,000 battery packs.

Q2: Can I get a free sample for quality test?

A2:Yes, we can provide samples, but the cost at your expense at the beginning, then we will return banck to you in the formal orders.

Q3: What are there included for a battery or pack, may I buy a charger from you?

A3: Internal battery cell, battery case, e+&e- cable lines, termenial and connector can be customized, not includes the battery charger.

Q4: What is the lead time of the batch order?

A4: Generally, about 20 ~ 25 working days after receipt of deposit and sample confirmation, depending on different voltage, capacity and actual order quantity production schedule.
