Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China. You can fly to Shenzhen directly, and we will pick you up. Welcome to visit our factory.
Q: Can we get samples for the test?
A: Of course, we can supply samples, but buyers need to pay for sample costs and shipping costs at the beginning, then we will return it or reduct in the formal order
Q: Does it come fully charged after we receive the battery?
A: No, the battery is usually charged about 30% SOC (approx. 13.15 Volts) due to the transportation restrictions! Hope it helps.
Q: How long will be the delivery?
A: Usually delivery in 15-25 working days, but could be changed according to the quantity or other things.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limits?
A: Yes, we have MOQ for the mass production, it depends on the different battery pack, 1 ~ 10 pcs sample orders is available. Low MOQ, 1pcs for sample check is available.
Q: What's the warranty?
A: Almost all our battery pack has 3 years warranty.
