Q1: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A1: Our factory is located in Shenzhen, China. You can fly to Shenzhen directly, and we will pick you up. Welcome to visit our factory.
Q2: Is this battery compatible with my own batteries?
A2: Hello, we do not recommend connecting batteries of different brands since the BMS is different from the battery to the battery.
Q3: Can l just try samples for the first order?
A3: The trial order is acceptable. If you need samples, please contact our customer service for details.
Q4: Can you produce the order with the customer's brand?
A4: Yes, of course. OEM & ODM service is warmly provided.
Q5: What about the lead time for MANLY's battery production?
A5: Sample needs 20 ~ 25 working days if it is a custom one, mass production time needs 15 ~ 20 days after the samples test and confirm.
Q6: What about the payment?
A6: We accept T/T for the large quantities order, and Credit Card and E-checking will be accepted for the small quantities order of battery.
Q7: Which certificates do you have?
A7: Most of our lithium battery products have UL/CE/FCC/ROHS/UN38.3/MSDS etc.
