What is LiFePO4 Battery?

The lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, also called LFP battery (with "LFP" standing for "lithium iron phosphate"), is a type of rechargeable battery, specifically a lithium-ion battery, which uses LiFePO4 as a cathode material. LiFePO4 batteries have somewhat lower energy density than the more common lithium cobalt oxide (LiCoO2) design found in consumer electronics, but offer longer lifetimes, better power density (the rate that energy can be drawn from them), and are inherently safer. LiFePO4 is finding a number of roles in-vehicle use and backup power.

Q1: Is Manly Battery a factory or trading company? And your production space?

A1: We are a manufacturer, have 3 production bases, covering an area of 120 square kilometers, including a cell production industrial park, fully automated production equipment configuration, 12 battery assembly lines, with a daily capacity of 1,200,000 cells and 3,000 battery packs.

Q2: Can I have a sample order?

A2: Yes, samples are available for testing and quality checking, but usually not free at first.

Q3: What are the payment terms?

A3: For sample, payment accept Paypal, Western Union, T/T; Mass order by T/T, usually is 30% deposit, and balance before delivery.

Q4: What's the delivery time?

A4: The new design sample needs 25-30 working days, neutral order mass production time needs 15-20 working days. If OEM orders would be about 20-25days.

Q5: How about the MANLY battery's quality&warranty time?

A5: All our batteries are 100% production from our own factory, and the cells customers request are all imported from the original factory (Such as LG, SONY and etc.). The robot battery pack provided 36 months warranty. 

Q6: What if I can't find the battery model that fits our products?
