Q: Can I get a free sample?
A: Generally we don't provide free samples, but we can return the sample cost when the buyer places the bulk order.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: Usually sample order takes 7-15 days, and bulk order takes about 35 days. If it is a customized product, it takes longer, which depends on your request for the product.
Q: How do I know whether you've shipped my order or not?
A: Tracking No. will be offered as soon as your order is shipped out. Before that, our sales will be there to check the packing status, and photo you the done order and let you know the forwarder picked it up.
Q: How to maintain the battery?
A: The battery should be stored in a clean, dry, ventilated, dark environment when not used. Keep it after full charge, and recharge it every 3 months or 6 months.
