Q1: Are your a factory or trading company?
A1: We are manufacturer, our own factory with automatic equipment and brand. We provide all kinds of OEM/ODM services for clients around the globe!
Q2: Can I get a free sample?
A2: Generally we don't provide free sample, but we can return sample cost when the buyer plant a bulk order.
Q3: How long I can get it?
A3:Normally 15~25 working days after receiving your payments, but it can be negotiated based on order QTY and production schedule.
Q4: What are the terms of payment?
A4: Almost all payment terms are accepted, for samples, Paypal, T/T, Western Union and etc.; For bulk orders, a 50% deposit bank of T/T will be paid first, and the remaining 50% will be paid before delivery.
Q5: Is your product certification complete?
