Q: Are you a factory or only a trading company?
A: We are a factory, a combination of production and sales. We have three factories in China, which provide you with a lower price and a more stable supply.
Q: How do your factory control the quality of lithium battery products ?
A: 100% testing for all batteries before delivery, 15+ steps testing during the whole production.
Q: Do you have samples in current stock?
A: Usually we do not, because most of our battery products are customized, different customers have different requirements, even the same voltage and capacity, their other parameters may be different.
Q: What kinds of payment can I pay with?
A: T/T Bank transfer, Paypal, Western Union, and etc.
Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
