A1: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly, we quote according to your requirements. Thirdly customer confirms the specifications or the samples and makes a deposit for the order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q2: Can you ship the battery out of China?
A2: Of course, we can ship to any country out of China, but could you please share your detailed address for the transportation way checking.
Q3: How long I can get my lithium batteries after the deposit payment is down?
A3: It depends on your order quantity, normally 20 ~ 25 working days for newly produced samples, 10 ~ 15 working days for mass production.
Q4: What are the terms of payment?
A4: For samples or small quantities, T/T, Paypal, Western Union are accepted; For bulk orders, a 50% deposit will be paid first, and the remaining 50% will be paid before delivery.
Q5: Does MANLY Battery offer a guarantee for the products?
A5: Yes, we usually offer 3 years warranty on our products (extendible up to 5 years).
