Q: Can I add or delete quantity from my order if I change my mind?
A: Yes, but you need to tell us ASPS, if your order has been done in our production line, we can not change it, usually 2 days after the order confirming.
Q: Can I get the pre-production sample?
A: Generally we don't provide free sample, but we can return sample cost when the buyer plant a bulk order.
Q: When will you ship the order?
A: One week for battery cells; 15 ~ 20 days for battery packs; 30 ~ 45 days for battery systems; To be negotiated for other products; To be negotiated for a special situation.
Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
