Q: Do your batteries come with BMS?
A: Yes, Our batteries are all with BMS, with stable performance, which can protect the battery and avoid short circuits, overcharging, over-discharge, and over-current.
Q: How long is the battery expected to last?
A: The battery should have around 800-1200 recharge cycles, about 2-3 years. Its capacity diminishes over time when it goes down to 75%, you should replace it. The more you use the bike, the better the battery retains its capacity since it keeps the Lithium moving.
Q: The battery is so heavy, will it be damaged easily on the road?
A: This is also a matter of great concern to us. After long-term improvement and verification, our packaging is now very safe and reliable. When you open the package, you will definitely feel our sincerity.
