Q1: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A1: Our factory is located in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, Guangdong province, China, very close to Guangzhou or Hongkong, you can fly to Shenzhen directly, and we will pick you up, warm welcome to visit our factory and guide our works.
Q2: Is this battery compatible with my own batteries?
A2: Usually it’s not possible, because the quality of the batteries produced by different manufacturers and the matching conditions between the batteries are different. The brand and internal parameter structure of the BMS are also different, which leads to the battery packs produced by different manufacturers. Is completely inconsistent.
Q3: Can you provide OEM and ODM services?
A3: We have a strong R&D capability, OEM & ODM service can be provided to meet customers' special requests.
Q4: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A4: After the parameters and prices are determined, we can customize the samples according to your parameters requirements for your testing.
Q5: How about the lead time?
A5: Usually, we haven't stable stock in the warehouse. for samples is around 20 ~ 25 working days, for mass production is around 15 ~ 20 working days.
