Q: What certification does your battery have?
A: Most of our batteries have UL/CE/REACH/RoHS/IEC62133/CB/UN38.3 approved.
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on your order quantity, normally 20 ~ 25 working days for newly produced samples, 10 ~ 15 working days for mass production.
Q: How do you handle after-sales service?
A: Our product's after-sales service time is 36 months, within 1 year can be replaced / warranty, 1 year to 2 years warranty, more than 2 years need to charge the basic maintenance materials and labor costs, the processing time of after-sales products generally in 5 working days time.
