Q: How to place an order?
A: Firstly, tell us your detailed requirements and applications. Secondly, we will quote it according to your requirements or our solutions. Thirdly, the customers receive and confirm the samples then place a deposit for formal order. Fourthly, we according to your quantity arrange the production schedule.
Q: Is the scale of your production?
A: We have 3 production bases, nearly 120 square kilometers production bases, a daily capacity of 1,200,000 cells, and 3,000 battery packs.
Q: Can I add or delete quantity from my order if I change my mind?
A: Yes, but you need to tell us ASPS, if your order has been done in our production line, we can not change it, usually 2 days after the order confirming.
Q: Can I customize the size of the battery?
A: Of course yes if your quantity MOQ is workable.
Q: Can I get a free sample?
A: Generally we don't provide free sample, but we can return sample cost when the buyer plant a bulk order.
Q: Can we put the LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves?
A: YES, but the batteries should be in the same voltage and capacity, you should tell us before you place the order, then we will match them before delivery. Before handling the battery, checking the voltage of each battery is necessary.
