Q: Can I get a free sample?
A: Generally we don't provide free sample, but we can return sample cost when the buyer plant a bulk order.

A: Of course yes if your quantity MOQ is workable.

A: Normally 15~25 working days after receiving your payments, but it can be negotiated based on order QTY and production schedule.

A: All of our batteries are Class A, the actual capacity value ≥99% of the nominal capacity value.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: Almost all our battery pack has 3 years warranty. We assure a cycle life of more than 2000times 80%DOD at 0.2C. That means you can use it for at least 5 years for a normal 1-time charge and discharge every day.
