Q: What is your quality control process?
A: We are certified with ISO-9001, and strictly follow the ISO procedures. We do 100% testing for any of the batteries before the order has been delivered.
Q: What's the MOQ limit?
A: There is no MOQ for samples. For bulk order quantity, the more quantity, the cheaper.
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on your order quantity, normally 20 ~ 25 working days for newly produced samples, 10 ~ 15 working days for mass production.
Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: For bulk orders, a 50% deposit will be paid first, and the remaining 50% will be paid before delivery.
