Process Flow
1. Battery Capacity Separation
Each cell is tested in a high-temperature room for 24 hours under 55℃±2℃ and 90~95% high humidity, and the cells are selected according to the most stringent standards in the industry.
2. Sorting and Matching
Ensure the consistency of capacity, voltage, and internal resistance of a single cell in the same battery pack, effectively improving the stability and service life of the battery pack.
3. Battery Pack Assembly
Use the automatic welding machine to spot weld the positive and negative electrodes of the battery pack, efficient and stable without desoldering
4. Welding Protection Plate
Each battery pack is welded and installed with a protection chip to protect the overcharge and over-voltage, over-current, and other functions.
5. Finished Battery Testing
The finished battery pack finally needs to go through up to 15 tests to confirm the stable performance and meet the standards before packaging and shipping.
