Q: Is this battery compatible with my own e rickshaw battery 120Ah?
A: Hello, we do not recommend connecting batteries of different brands since the BMS is different from the battery to the battery.
Q: Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in series by ourself?
A: Why not use the bigger voltage directly? We usually suggest do not make the batteries in series by yourself if you do not have experience, this will hurt the cycle life of the pack.
Q: Can we get free samples for the test?
A: Yes, but free samples are not available at the beginning.
Q: Do you offer OEM or ODM service?
