Q: What is the lead time of the batch order?
A: Generally, about 45 days after receipt of deposit and sample confirmation, depending on different voltage and capacity.
Q: What are the advantages of the LiFePO4 battery compared to the SLA/VRLA/lead-acid?
A: For LiFePO4 battery, it has obvious advantages on longer cycle life, high energy density, low self-discharge, and lighter weight, etc.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: There is no MOQ if in stock. If OEM, which depends on the item.
Q: Can we get samples for the test?
A: Yes, but free samples are not available at the beginning.
Q: Is the product the same as photos?
A: Yes, all photos are real. We took these photos by ourselves.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for samples. For mass order, you can choose Sea or Air shipment.
