Q: Is the scale of your production?
A: We have 3 production bases, covering an area of 120 square kilometers, including a cell production industrial park, fully automated production equipment configuration, 12 battery assembly lines, with a daily capacity of 1,200,000 cells and 3,000 battery packs.
Q: What are the advantages of the LiFePO4 battery compared to the SLA/VRLA/lead-acid?
A: For LiFePO4 battery, it has obvious advantages on longer cycle life, high energy density, low self-discharge, and lighter weight, etc.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: Usually, we haven't stable stock in the warehouse. for samples is around 20 ~ 25 working days, for mass production is around 15 ~ 20 working days.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limits?
A: Yes, we have MOQ for the mass production, it depends on the different battery pack, 1 ~ 10 pcs sample orders is available. Low MOQ, 1pcs for sample check is available.
Q: What's your after service
A: Our batteries are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be ＜0.2%. during the guarantee period, we would send new batteries with your new orders for a small quantity. For defective batch products, we would resend to replace it for you. or make a discount on the new orders.
