Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory with 3 production bases which is located in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou in Guangdong province.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: There is no MOQ if in stock. If OEM, which depends on the item.
Q: How to place an order?
A: Firstly, tell us your detailed requirements or your product. Secondly, we will quote it according to your requirements or our solution. Thirdly, the customer confirms the samples and place a deposit for formal order. Fourthly, we according to your quantity and samples confirm to arrange the mass production schedule.
Q: How about the lead time?
A: Usually, we haven't stable stock in the warehouse. for samples is around 20 ~ 25 working days, for mass production is around 15 ~ 20 working days.
