Q: Is the scale of your production?
A: We have 3 production bases, covering an area of 120 square kilometers, including a cell production industrial park, fully automated production equipment configuration, 12 battery assembly lines, with a daily capacity of 1,200,000 cells and 3,000 battery packs.
Q: When can I get the price?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
Q: How long I can get it?
A: It depends on your order quantity, normally 20 ~ 25 working days for newly produced samples, 10 ~ 15 working days for mass production.
Q: Can I get a lower price if I order large quantities
A: Of course, cheaper price with bulk orders.
Q: Can we put the LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by ourselves?
A: YES, but the batteries should be in the same voltage and capacity, or it will influence the cycle life of the battery pack. Also, you should tell us before you place the order, then we will match them before delivery. Before handling the battery, checking the voltage of each battery is necessary.
