A: Yes, we can ship to any country out of China, just share your address to check.
Q: Is this battery compatible with my own batteries?
A: Hello, we do not recommend connecting batteries of different brands since the BMS is different from the battery to the battery.
Q: Can we put different LiFePO4 battery pack in series by ourself?
A: You can buy big voltage directly from us. We suggest do not make them in series by yourself if you do not have experience, this will hurt the cycle life of the pack.
Q: Can you accept OEM and ODM services?
A: Yes, it's available.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: We offer 36 months warranty for the liFePo4 battery pack and ensure at least 3,500 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack, which means, after 3,500@80% DOD.
