Q: How long is the warranty time?
R: Warranty time is 24months for Li-ion/li-polymer battery and 36 months for LiFePO4 battery. Our battery defective ratio is under 0.2%, we will repair defective batteries for free and bear the shipping fee if it’s a quality problem.
Q: What is your MOQ?
R: Any quantity welcome, exact ones based on the order status ( our PLM brand & Customize brand ).
Q: What is your guaranteed life for the battery?
R: 1 year after production date.
Q: What percent of capacity battery is charged when shipment?
R: Normally 50% or so, because it will be safe when shipping.
