In the 840-square-meter intelligent static dispensing center, 19 infusion dispensing robots"nurses" are "on duty" at the same time, completely subverting the traditional infusion dispensing mode of the hospital. The annual dispensing volume is nearly 2 million bags, realizing more accurate and safer dispensing. . Since the operation of the intelligent static dispensing center, there has been no case of drug dispensing personnel being injured, and no problem with a bag of liquid, which has freed the nurses from the heavy dispensing work and saved more than 46,000 hours of dispensing time annually.
Luo Lin, director of the Western Pharmacy Department of the First People's Hospital of Chengdu, introduced that the intelligent static dispensing center divides the dispensing function of ordinary drugs and parenteral nutrition dispensing rooms, antibiotic dispensing rooms, and hazardous drug dispensing rooms. The daily dispensing volume can reach 8,000 groups. , which can satisfy 2,500 beds for infusion. According to Yu Qiang, the person in charge of the intelligent static dispensing center, the dispensing efficiency has increased from the traditional 50-60 bottles/person/hour to more than 300 bottles/hour with one person operating and one person assisting. According to statistics, the full-variety intelligent static distribution center using Jiesde intelligent liquid dispensing robot can allocate nearly 2 million bags of infusion to the hospital every year.
Smart dispensing has a set of standardized processes. After the medicines enter the intelligent static distribution center, the medicines are first unpacked in batches, and then the prescriptions are reviewed, purified, approved, labelled, checked, bottled, mixed with medicines, reviewed for finished products, and packaged for delivery. What is sent out is the intravenous medicines that are configured by categories, and the nurses can directly infuse the patients with them. "According to the previous manual operation, dispensing a bag of medicine requires at least a dozen suctions, which takes 3 to 4 minutes. Each dispensing nurse has to repeat this action thousands of times a day." Luo Lin introduced.
Yu Qiang introduced that the center adopts the method of human-machine isolation to avoid the harm of chemotherapy drugs, parenteral nutrition drugs, antibiotics and drugs for blood-borne diseases, and avoid needle stick injuries and glass scratches caused by ampoules and syringe needles to operators. .
