Industrial robots are mechatronic products, generally consisting of five parts: mechanical body, control system, sensors, actuators and input/output system interfaces. Among them, the robot body consists of mechanical part, sensing part and control part; the main body contains body castings, body structure assemblies, motors and reducers; the control part is mainly servo drive and industrial robot control system.
However, when purchasing, there are different components with different installation finishes, and the following 5 matters need to be noted when purchasing.
1、Industrial robot body castings: refers to industrial robot casting parts, without motor reducer and without control parts.
2、Industrial robot body bare machine: refers to the industrial robot fitted with reducer, but without motor and control part, which is the semi-product of the main body.
3, industrial robot body bare machine: refers to the industrial robot without control part or installed control part can be called bare machine.
4, bare machine usually does not include installation and commissioning, industrial robots are sold by the buyer to send people to the manufacturer to train the robot programming operation, to complete their own non-standard equipment needed to match the application of the back, generally sold to equipment manufacturers and automation companies and factories capable of doing non-standard machinery!
