Acen Corp., a subsidiary of the Philippines Ayala Group, will start the Pangasinan Photovoltaic Power Station with a capacity of 60 MW. This is also the first photovoltaic project in Acen's Pangasinan. At present, Acen's total capacity of the development and construction project pool in the Philippines It is 1,600 MW.
The overall investment of the photovoltaic power station project is about 2.8 billion Philippine peso. It will produce 94 Gavaco power each year, which can realize power supply for more than 55,000 families each year.
In December last year, Acen achieved the acquisition of Sinocalan Solar Power Corp. with the absolute controlling shares between the absolute control equity shares between SNGROW Power and Havilah Aaa Holdings. The acquisition will enable Acen to quickly carry out the development and construction of the Pangasinan Photovoltaic Power Station. The project is also expected to expand the installation volume to 100 MW.
Acen plans to complete a total of 700 MW+wind energy projects in 2023.
Acen hopes to expand the company's renewable energy capacity to 20 Givav by 2030. This renewable energy business platform under the Philippines Ayala Group is committed to achieving 100%renewable energy of 5,000 MW installation capacity in 2025.
The company currently has 4,000 MW project pools in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Australia.
