The lithium battery on the site of the partners is low in power and has been vacant for a long time, which leads to the damage of the internal battery cell of the lithium battery. The following friendly tips are arranged:
1. Please keep the lithium battery fully charged before the holiday, and check whether the car key, emergency stop switch, battery switch, and so on are off before fully charged. If conditions permit, please manually unplug the battery plug and cover the battery cover to prevent battery damage during the AGV's long-term storage, which may affect the normal use of the AGV when it returns to work after the New Year.
2. After using the charging pile, unplug the power plug of the charging pile in the charging area.
3. Place the AGV indoors in a cool, dry, and safe environment. Keep the AGV away from hazardous materials, such as corrosive chemicals and dangerous machinery and equipment. It is not recommended to place the AGV outdoors because the battery may be damaged if the outdoor environment is harsh or the temperature is too low.
4. After discharge, the lithium battery should be charged within 24H. The AGV empty power may cause damage to the internal battery cell, and the cell damage is irreversible.
5. If the lithium battery is stored for a long time, please fully charge and discharge it at least once a month, and ensure that the battery power is not lower than 90% when the AGV is idle.
6. Use the original SEER charging adapter to charge the lithium battery to prevent battery life loss or unnecessary safety risks caused by the mismatch between the battery and the charger.
7. If the VEHICLE is idle for a long time and the AGV cannot be started normally, please use the original charger to activate it. If not, it is recommended to use the forced mode of the charger.
8. If you need to remove the battery from the AGV, ensure that the battery port is far away from metal conductive materials to prevent a short connection between the positive and negative batteries.
9. It is not recommended to stack multiple batteries or place heavy objects on them, and the place should be far away from dangerous materials.
