Recently, GOTION reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Edison Power Co., Edison Power Co., and the two parties will work together to develop the Japanese energy storage and recycling market to promote renewable energy in Japan and promote the GOTION battery into the Japanese market.
According to the agreement, during the cooperation period, the two parties planned to the market strategy according to market demand. The first year's planned sales target was 1GWh, which was increased from the second year to 2GWh per year. GOTION will provide battery cells, modules, and BMS. Edison Energy will be responsible for market services such as Japanese energy storage customer management, EPC services, energy storage system operation and maintenance.
