The Irish government said in a report that there are currently about 45,000 neVs in the country, mainly pure electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids, and that this is expected to rise to 945,000 by 2030.

Ireland expects the number of new energy vehicles in the country to increase about 20-fold over the next decade, according to government targets for new energy vehicles.

The Irish government said in a report that there are currently about 45,000 neVs in the country, mainly pure electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids, and that this is expected to rise to 945,000 by 2030.

The Irish government has also said it must increase the number of new energy vehicles to reduce environmental pollution from conventional fuel vehicles in order to meet its target of cutting emissions by 51 per cent by 2030.

At present, in order to encourage the use of new energy vehicles, the Irish government has formulated a series of preferential policies, such as subsidies for buyers of new energy vehicles.
