3, photovoltaic modules should be regularly inspected, if the following problems are found should immediately contact the adjustment or replacement of photovoltaic modules.
(1) The existence of broken glass in the PV module.
(2) PV module junction box deformation, distortion, cracking or burning, terminals can not be well connected.
(3) Check the exposed wires for insulation aging and mechanical damage.
(4) Check that there is no artificial blocking of the components.
(5) PV modules and brackets should be well combined, and the pressure block should be firmly crimped. By professional operation and maintenance personnel every six months to check whether the photovoltaic power plant pressure block is firmly crimped.
If a serious fault is found, the power should be cut off immediately and dealt with in time, and if necessary, contact the manufacturer in time.
(6) The inverter should not have rust and corrosion, ash accumulation, etc. The heat dissipation environment should be good, and there should be no large vibration and abnormal noise when the inverter is running.
(7) The warning signs on the inverter should be complete and free from damage.
(8) The function of the inverter fan starting and stopping by itself should be normal, and there should be no large vibration and abnormal noise when the fan is running, and if there is any abnormality, the power should be cut off for inspection.
All bolts and bracket connections should be solid and reliable.
(9) The bracket should be kept well grounded, and the grounding system should be checked every year before the arrival of the thunderstorm season. Mainly check whether the connection is solid and the contact is good.
After the typhoon, rainstorm and other bad natural weather should check whether the PV array as a whole has deformation, misalignment, loosening.
(10) If the lower end of the bracket is fixed on the roof, it should be regularly checked whether the roof waterproofing is complete and reliable.
The cable should not be run under overload, and if the outer skin of the cable is damaged, it should be treated in time.
The part of the cable at the inlet and outlet of the equipment should be sealed intact, and there should not be any hole with diameter larger than 10mm, otherwise it should be sealed with fireproof mud.
The cable should not be over-tightened in the connection line, and the cable should be tied reliably and should not be dangling in the air.
The inner wall of the cable protection tube should be smooth; the metal cable tube should not have serious rust; there should be no burrs, hard objects, garbage, if there are burrs, file light and wrap with cable jacket and tie tightly.
Cable joints should be crimped firmly to ensure good contact.
In case of joint failure, the inverter should be shut down in time and the other component joints connected to this inverter should be disconnected before the joints are crimped again.
The grounding system should be inspected and maintained before the arrival of the thunderstorm season. Mainly check whether the connection is strong and the contact is good.
The lightning protection module should be tested before the thunderstorm season and replaced in time if the lightning protection module display window appears red.
